- We don’t accept returns or exchanges of the customized garments.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
For national orders (Spain & Portugal)

For European orders (excluded Portugal)
Follow these instructions:
- You will find the return label inside your package.
- Pack your shipment securely, in the original package, remove the old label (must not be visible) and attach the new return label to the box.
- Get close to the nearest DHL pick-up point and leave your shipment there to get to the sender. – Locate the nearest point here.
- Send us the proof of delivery to info@valanstore.com so we are aware that we are going to receive your package!
- Once we have received and verified the garments, we will proceed to refund them.
For international orders (excluded Europe)
- Pack your shipment securely, in the original package.
- Send your package to the following address: Avenida Diagonal 628, 1-1; 08017; BARCELONA; Spain.
- Please write to us at info@valanstore.com so we are aware that we are going to receive your package.
- Once we have received and verified the garments, we will proceed to refund them.
The client will be responsible for the packaging and protection of the product. Products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received will not be refunded.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
It depends on the refund method
- Non-instant refund: you’ll receive the money in the same payment method used in your purchase in an estimated time of 15-30 days, depending on your bank..
- Instant refund: you’ll receive the money in less than 10 seconds in the bank account that you provide. – Only available in Spain and Portugal
